The song “Elements” was written to honor the universe and to celebrate all of the positive influences and guides that surrounds us. “Elements” will be the title soundtrack for the PBS documentary “Impresarios and Visionaries.”

Musician and singer extraordinaire Cathy Kreger reaches new heights with her rich soulful phrasing and her fine guitar playing on this song. Cathy is a headliner in her own right and she has been the opening act for rock royalty such as Bonnie Raitt, The Band, Taj Mahal, David Bromberg and others.

Adding to the luster of “Elements” is the bass playing of Bob Stander who plays with a style that conjures up a sound that is reminiscent of Jaco Pastorius. Bob also produced the song with Cathy and captured “Elements” floating essence. Renowned percussionist Steven Finkelstein takes the journey home.

Finally, the recording of “Elements” was mastered meticulously by Gene Paul. (son of Les Paul) Music for Elements was written by Cathy Kreger and the lyrics were written by Emmy nominated Producer/Director Steven Taub for usage in his film “Impresarios and Visionaries” which features the likes of musical icon David Bromberg and Hollywood film star Edward Burns. “Elements” is being released prior to the release of the documentary “Impresarios and Visionaries.” We want to share the joyfulness and positive contemplative spirit of “Elements” now. Enjoy. Peace and good dreams to you in your waking consciousness and in slumber.
